The cerebral palsy Register for Wales is a clinician led initiative, supported by a large number of individuals from across Wales including; people who have cerebral palsy, their families, representatives from each of Wales’ 7 Local Health Boards, the National Welsh Informatics Service (NWIS), The Bevan Commission and Welsh Government.  It recognises the importance of working together with patients and public to make sure cerebral palsy research is relevant and useful to those who need it.

It is supported by The Moondance Foundation and is held within the NHS by The National Welsh Informatics Service (NWIS).

The Cerebral Palsy Register for Wales collects information about individuals with cerebral palsy who were born in or live in Wales.
